Shipping time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 2–3 business days. Delivery within South Africa typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch (depending on your area). Shipping costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.
Returns
Physical products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and in original packaging (seals intact). For hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on items that have been opened or used.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos.
Guides (PDFs) are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

Workshop booking policy
To book a workshop, WhatsApp us with the workshop name and your preferred date. Your spot is confirmed once payment is received. If you need to reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible so we can try to accommodate you.
