Returns & Exchanges

Return or exchange physical products within 7 days of delivery, if unused and unopened.

Items We Can't Accept Back

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, tampered, or late returns can’t be accepted.

Faulty/Damaged/Incorrect Items

If something arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can fix it fast.

Digital Products

Digital guides are non-refundable once delivered or accessed, but we’ll help if there’s a download issue.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and can take 5–10 business days to reflect.

Shipping Cost for Returns

Change-of-mind returns are your responsibility; if we made a mistake, we’ll cover reasonable return shipping.

Cancellations

If your order hasn’t been packed or dispatched, we can cancel it. If it’s shipped, the return process applies.

Returns

At MamaKit, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to resolve it as quickly and fairly as possible.

If you’ve purchased a physical MamaKit product and would like to return or exchange it, you may do so within 7 days of delivery, provided that the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, and any seals are intact. The product must be in a resaleable condition.

To be eligible, you’ll need proof of purchase (your order number or receipt).

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, tampered with, or are not in their original condition.

Items We Can’t Accept Back

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with

  • Items not returned in their original packaging or without intact seals (where applicable)

  • Products that are no longer in a resaleable condition

  • Items damaged due to misuse, incorrect storage, normal wear and tear, or accidents

  • Any returns requested after 7 days from delivery (unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied)

  • Digital products (see Digital Products section below)

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before returning anything so we can guide you correctly.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can help right away.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the product, packaging, and any visible damage (if applicable)

Where appropriate, we will offer one of the following:

  • A replacement

  • An exchange

  • A refund (or partial refund if appropriate)

We may ask for the item to be returned before issuing a replacement or refund, depending on the nature of the issue.

Digital Products (Guides)

Due to the nature of digital content (PDF guides and downloadable resources), all digital product sales are final and non-refundable once the download has been delivered or accessed.

If you did not receive your download link, cannot access your file, or the file is corrupted, we will assist you to troubleshoot and resend the correct file where needed. Please contact us with your order number so we can help quickly.

Refund Processing

If your return is approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our side (for example: faulty item or incorrect item supplied).

Shipping Costs for Returns

If you are returning a product because you changed your mind, you are responsible for return courier costs.

If the return is due to a fault or our mistake, MamaKit will cover the reasonable return shipping cost (or arrange collection where possible).

We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns, as we cannot be responsible for parcels lost in transit.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If your order has not yet been packed or dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a refund.

If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the return process once it arrives (subject to the conditions in this policy).
